Praia das Catedrais or Beach of the Cathedrals on the Cantabric Sea Coast in Spain is known for its unusual stone arched formations, resembling the flying buttresses of a cathedral. This photograph is more about the thousand of visitors who flock to this beach every day than the landscape. They seem to come in pairs and I love how they are silhouetted against the sand at low tide. On closer inspection there seems to be a story behind each couple walking along this beach.
